Froze regular yoghurt?!

Question:

Froze regular yoghurt?

With the recent NSW blackouts, I accidently left normal yoghurt in the freezer to try to keep fresh but when the power came back on, I forgot to take it back out.

Is it still ok to eat now that its defrosted and back in the fridge? I'm sure it was ok prior to being frozen but now that its defrosted again, I'm not sure.

Answers:
depending on what brand and flavour it is really, i recently had a dark cherry flavour in my freezer and when i defrosted it it had curdled so i threw it out but another time i had a lemon one and it was ok when i had defrosted it, go figure.

Yes, It should be fine, just look to see if it separates. It mightbe a little icey, but can be used for cooking.

It's totally fine. It may be a little icy but it's ok. My sister does it all the time
