Flaxseed capsules or oil are really high in Omega 3 which is hard for us to get in our diets because we eat poorly.

Not only is it supposed to have all of the benefits listed above, but it moisturizes your body from the inside out.

It has more Omega 3 than the fish oil capsules and you don't have to deal with people saying "Here fishy fishy" everytime you come near them.

I have a friend who grinds it up and puts it in nearly every meal. Her and her husband swear by it.

I just started taking it 3 days ago and can tell already that "Things are moving along as they should be" so to speak.

Flax seed is one-third oil, the remainder consisting of fiber, protein and mucilage so it keeps digestive system perfect like any good fiber food.

It's a good source of fiber and essential fats. If you're going to use the seed (the best way to ensure freshness), you need to grind it up first because the outside of the seed has a waxy coating that our stomachs cannot digest.

Ground flax seeds on a salad are pretty good. You an also add them to a protein shake.
