Target, K-mart, Walmart, or try any kitchen specialty store. Though you will pay times ten for the latter. I bought mine at Walmart.
Either a baked-goods supply store, Walmart, Kmart or Target. {Personally, I'd get one from Target; they seem to have a better selection}
You could also try bed bath and beyond, they have a larg selection of kitched things, or Macy's (especially a Macy's Home store. You may also want to look on Amazon.com. They have a bunch in many different shapes.
