My friend took an all day chocolate making class at a local chocolatier about a week ago, on of their projects was making flavored truffles. She has a whole bag of chipotle flavored truffles, they are fantastic!!!
Chipotle, Lemon pepper, Lime pepper, and crushed Red pepper goes in almost everything I cook.
