How can i avoid the meat and chicken from sticking on the bbq grill?

Answers:
Dip a paper towel in olive oil, and brush it over the grates before laying you meat down.

They sell Pam cooking spray for the bbq! It works great!

You can try spraying some PAM cooking spray on it.

after you clean your grill ....spray with non stick cooking spray !!

You could spray the grill area BEFORE you light it with a spray veggie oil, like PAM...or cover it with aluminum foil [remember to vent the foil to allow the grease to drip through].

brush oil ,of your choice on both the meat and the grill this should help quite a bit ! good luck !

I use the pam spray for the grill it works very good

first, make sure your grill grates are clean. then, before you put your meat on the grill take a towel (cloth or paper) roll it into a log and dip in some canola oil, any vegetable oil will work, and rub it on the grate.

Just oil it a little bit!

Aluminum Foil

Pam!

Your grill may not be hot enough when you put the food on it. You may also try putting aluminum foil on the grill and putting meat on top of the aluminum foil. This will block the flavoring of the charcoal but it will prevent the meat from sticking.

rub it the meat and grill with extra virgin olive oil.

Start with a scrupulously clean grill, (scrape with a grill brush or wadded up foil after each use, while the grill is still warm).
Make sure your grill is hot before adding your meat, chicken or veggies. You can brush your grill with oil, but the key really is NOT to mess with the food once you put it on the hot grill. Leave it alone for a few minutes. The natural fats in meat, even chicken will make kind of a self release, and give you those wonderful grill marks. If you are BBQing a thin slice of meat or chicken, don't try to do the criss cross marks, as that can overcook the meat, leaving it long enough for the cross marks, then turning.
Have fun BBQing

The key to grilling is to not move it around once on the grill...the meat will "release" when its ready on it's own..so if you nudge it and its still really stuck, don't move it yet....Wait until it releases on its own...it will..

Be sure to have a hot grill though! otherwise it will "bake" and not be good
