Healthy lunch and breakfast?!


Question:

Healthy lunch and breakfast?

for breakfast i had a non fat yogurt & an orange.

and for lunch i had a peice of ham w/ mustard & some carrot sticks.

i'm trying to lose weight, or at least stay the same.
have i eaten alright?


Answers:
Sounds OK, but not very satisfying. Try to add some whole grains to help tone down cravings. Get a recipe for swiss oats for breakfast. Very healthy, tasty, and satisfying.

these are very good choices, but watch what you eat for dinner because a large meal at night is terrible for losing weight.
Re member, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. portion control and when you eat are the key to loosing weight.

They say women that eat an egg & toast will stay fuller longer & eat less calories durring the day. Myself I eat a hard boiled egg & 2 peices of toast. I will be full until around 1pm lunch time. Then lots of veggies!! Low calorie soups are good, they full you up with not a lot of food. Then walk it is one of the best things for women to do. & Swim that is a great all body low impact exsercies ( how ever you spell it)!!

I love to answer yours every day well try to, but truth fully your not eatting enough
how much do u want to lose and will it be worth it in the long run
