It's my favorite too. It's even more awesome if you can get a buddy with a smoker to smoke you one. You can cut it into sections and freeze it in zipper bags and use it for months in your favorite recipes.
Finally - someone asks a worthwhile question on this mother! I don't know if it's so much the ham itself as the curing or smoking process, but Holy Mother of Christian Slater, ham is good...

i dont know but I think its fantastic and its one of my favorite dishes besides pasta with sauce hope you enjoy it next you have it for dinner or whenever well bye.
