Answers:
Watch your fat gram intake. But so far you are doing pretty good. Find some of the 100 calorie packs at the store, they are good. Also, if you want sweets, try gummy bears or marshmallows, they have no fat
It depends of how much of those sweets you eat but obviously they are not good for you. If you're feeling hungry, drink lots of water since that gives you the feeling of being full.
eat in moderation, 1 of those won't do anything. I ate a lot of stuff the other day and I thought for sure that I was going to gain weight, instead I lost weight because everything else I ate was perfectly healthy. Only time I ate a lot last week and it didn't make a difference. Just don't over do it.
no. are you on a diet or something? You'll probably gain weight if you always eat like this. That's a v. unhealthy diet for anyone. Sugar plus low fat and unpreportioned meals is very bad for your health. Try eating 6 small meals, then you'll lose weight and end up keeping a steady weight.
No, you are not going to gain weight from a little bit of food like that. You will gain weight from fast food, sodas, and excessive sweets. If you are craving a pop tart or cookies or piece of cake, eat it! Just eat a small serving of it (like a slice, 2 cookies, or 2 pop tarts). It is recommended that you eat 2,000 calories per day and you have probably only had like 400 or 500.
No you should have eaten more. Like the problem with what you just told me is that you did not eat a full meal. And those sweets you just said will make you gain weight. So instead of eating all those random things, try making it a couple meals. Like for breakfast eat your yogart with an orange and a small bowl of frosted mini wheats with skim milk. Lunch could have been a ham sandwich with mustard and lettuce and tomato. with a side of carrot sticks. After you eat dinner if you wanted something sweet you could have some sorbet or some non fat ice cream. This is if you are truly trying to maintain your weight and not gain anything. What you need to eat are meals, not just random snacking
try to find out the amount of calories in everything you eat. there's an OK amount of calories for you which is being calculated by your weight and height, and if you eat more than that in a day, and if you keep doing it for several days, you will start to get fat. for an average person it's 1500 calories per day.
you can find out more about different food's calories by checking out their packages or searching on the internet.
I am just a person that, do to the nature of a job, read up on the subject thoroughly My research I came to this conclusion
Not from that amount of food and a treat once in a while is OK//// Non here is the kicker IF you have, by not eating -starvation diet -have put your body into starvation mode. Fad diets , diets that are not balanced -- like eating only salads etc--- this can put you into starvation mode and your body then reacts to that, and you have trouble losing weight and easily gain weight on less food . A well balanced diet eating 3meals a day , in moderation will let you lose weight better and faster.
