What is the atomic compostion of pasturized milk?!

Question:

What is the atomic compostion of pasturized milk?

Answers:
According to me, it must be H20, Niacin/Carbon with a protonic solution that is not denatured until it rises to room temperature. This is based on general physics, and some college level botany/biology.
