Don't know the only times I happen to be naked is changing clothes or having bath or shower! I don't think I'd be comfortable eating while naked! I suspect food would be terrible to me cause of not feeling comfortable. A terrible idea to eat while naked! Why U want to do that.. to keep yourself from spilling items on your clothes?

Technically it shouldn't really have anything to do with how taste and flavour develops in your mouth and on your tonge. You should be able to taste food/drinks better if one of your senses other than smell or taste does not work e.g. if you close your eyes and smell food and eat food as more focus would be on your nose and tonge.
As for being naked, I do not see any relevance to taste or flavour.
