10 Benefits of eating Fish ?!

Question:

10 Benefits of eating Fish ?

Answers:
Nutrition and health
Fish, especially saltwater fish, is high in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are heart-friendly, and a regular diet of fish is highly recommended by nutrionists[2]. This is supposed to be one of the major causes of reduced risk for cardiovascular diseases in Eskimos. It has been suggested that the longer lifespan of Japanese and Nordic populations may be partially due to their higher consumption of fish and seafood. The Mediterranean diet is likewise based on a rich intake of fish.

Well, don't know if it is scientific fact but I notice that when I eat a meal with beef, pork or chicken I feel a little sluggish which is a pain if it is lunch time. But when I eat fish I feel more energized and less tired.

Fish is good to eat. There's fiber, protein, less fat. However, you do have to be careful though. Most types of fish including salmon, tuna, etc. have high levels of mercury in it. Mercury is a type of poison that if consumed too much of it, you could get badly sick. I'm not saying don't ever eat salmon or tuna again, but maybe just have it once or twice a month. I love fish, thats practically all I eat, but I do limit myself to it a couple of times a month. Talapia is a fish with absoloutley no mercury in it and I eat it a lot. Also, fish has a lot of omegas and protein in it.
