Healthy meals?!


Question:

Healthy meals?

a non fat yogurt, w/ some special k red berries mixed in it.

is that a healthy balanced breakfast? could someone please tell me what a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner/snacks would be for someone trying to lose/maintain there weight?


Answers:
High protein diets are a good way to help you to lose/maintain weight, but if this is something that you plan to do on a long term basis, then go with calorie counting. I know that it seems hard to do, but it isn't once you get used to it. It's all about energy in vs. energy out. If you are taking more energy (food) in than you are using (exercise, calories burned from daily activities and body functions, etc.), then you will gain weight. There are some great books on this subject that you can check out for free at your local library.
