How Long can you go without eating or drinking before you are at big risk?!

Question:

How Long can you go without eating or drinking before you are at big risk?

Answers:
2-3 days for water, 2-3 weeks without food, but we are talking serious survival tactics here. at the outer limits of either of these timeframes, you'll be a mess and perhaps cause serious permanent injury

three days without water
three weeks without foot

this would probably depend upon what your size is and your activity level - that's why we feed babies so many times during the day and the older you get, the fewer meals you truly require.

Well, "30" days would be jeopardizing ones livelihood, that is providing you had Devinne help to get there!

On a more serious note however, avoiding the essentials of life to me sounds "out of realm" unless you have been directed to do so by the creator... as Christ was.

Elements, "ones physical condition", would play a large role on the "RED FLAG"! And just when this flag pops up would be based on the above.

I have a friend who can run non-stop for 15 mi. I would do good to make 1mi. without resting! I look as compatible as he does to run.

So, you see what I'm trying to convey is "how far" "big risk" will vary and will be different for everyone who is involved!
