Answers:
No way, you have to eat A LOT to gain even ONE pound. Just drink some water, eat some protein, whole grains and veggies and start again tomorrow if you want to lose weight. You'll be fine, you'd be surprised how many people eat that more than once a week and get away with it.

not too bad...just do some exercise,it shou7ld help with your period too.and drink some water.

its terrible. after u escape this scene of indulgence, look at yourself in the mirror and set out to do something. first run and lose some weight then workout with weights. more muscle gives u a smaller appetite.

Yes.

Your weight is directly proportional to what you eat and how much you exercise.

As far as diet, I suggest substituting fruit for entire meals. Oranges and apples are very tasty and very healthy.

Also, I've had friends become vegetarians and drop around 20 lbs in a month. I personally am trying to eat meat only on the weekends, hoping for similar effects.

As far as exercise advice, you didn't ask so you're not getting it.

nah, carbs, fat and sugar, mostly. It was one day, one time and a craving - Not the end of the world.

Try some dark green leafy things, high in protein...you've got that sweet/salty thing going on. Spinach salad with grapefruit and vinaigrette, maybe raspberry vinaigrette. Low-fat berry yogurt, marinera sauce on spaghetti squash. Sweet/salty/sour, calcium, vitamin b, a, c, and e if the dressing is made with olive oil; and it's low in fat.

That's a lot of salt, sugar and fat. But don't beat yourself up, just start from here and eat a healthier diet. (p.s. salt only makes PMS worse.)
