like two of my friends they eat hot dog and chicken everyday because it's their favorite and they get fat by that.

Hot dogs are overly processed pieces of left over parts of chickens and pork usually so they are fattening and bad for you. Chicken is supposed is good for you if you bake it or pan cook it in low oil(boneless, skinless), bad if you are eating like fried chicken, breaded chicken.

Well I guess it depends on how you are eating them.It could be alot of reasons. Either they don't exercise, eat healthy, or they include too much meat in their diet. Meat can be very fattening, but they are healthier and less fattening if you grill or bake it.
