a whole package [9] cinnamon graham crackers, a package of cheese crackers w/ peanut butter, pretzles w/ honey mustard dressing, and a chocolate bar. i kind of want some salad or something chocolatey later. do you think i will gain weight? what should i do to make up for this?

Answers:
you should never feel like you have to "make up for this."
it happens. as long as it's not a daily ritual, don't worry about your weight. it's one day. you're allowed to pig out every now and then.

I read an article in PRevention magazine that said your body burns more calories when you are on your period. However, I would not eat more just because of this. Just have a light dinner, maybe soup or salad, or even a sandwich. Keep up on your water too.

id go run or dance that's a lot off food but we all do it but What ever u gain loose it the healthy way

Don't feel guilty if this isn't how you normally eat. I sometimes go through phases of eating lots and lots of chocolate for several days. I do gain about 5 pounds but when I resume normal eating habits I quickly drop the extra weight. But that is me. If that's not how your metabolism works then you might want to do some extra exercising to help.

I crave trail mix and popcorn. So I understand. However, after going on a binge like this for a couple of hours, when my period is finally gone, I actually have found that I lost a couple of pounds. I made the mistake of trying to run the next day after a binge and I had the worst cramps of my life. So, don't run to make up for it, wait until it's over.

you didnt eat too much. just dont do it daily. Obviously you are craving salty foods right now. Try drinking 3-4 8oz glasses of water tonight to help flush the salt out.

Dont worry on my monthly I crave chocolate dounuts...ruffles chips and cottage cheese.
