Nothing. One of the main attractions of going to the beach are the amazing seafood restaurants.
ham on rolls, chicken wings (fried/ bbq/ spicy) with ranch and bleu cheese, fruit salad, chips, water, juice boxes or bottles, a pitcher of iced tea, coleslaw.
Sandwiches for lunch. XD
Fruit and lots of fresh water.
chips, soda, sandwiches
dry food for the most part.
Chips
cookies
crackers
canned weenies
and any thing else that is wrapped separately. the reason for it is I hate it when some one gets water or Sand in my food so best is to bring every thing individually wrapped.
I usually have a crab/lobster boil with corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and a salad.
With the exception of the mashed potatoes and salad, everything is cooked in one giant pot over an open pit fire.
Don't forget the herb/garlic butter!
Well I'm from Trinidad so almost everyone carries "Pelau" to eat at the beach. It's a local dish that's verry delicious and easy to make. You can see the recipe here:

I also like to carry a lot of snacks like chips etc. and soda
Having grown up where the beach is very hot and sunny, you can dry out pretty quickly...I like to bring a couple of types of fruit like apples and peaches or cherries or watermelon, and also a knife to cut them up if I don't want them to turn brown. I also love cheese and crackers. I keep everything cold in the cooler with some water or drinks without much salt in them. When you sit in the sun all day, heavy food will easily make you feel dehydrated.
Normally things like....
Crisps.
Little cakes.
Sandwiches.
and a bbq for the evening so you can have a nice old bbq on the beach =]
Just take your meat frozen in a coolbox with some ice packs and its alllll ggoood! =]
Sandwiches. Soda. Chips.
Fried Chicken. Sandwhiches but with no mayo. Chips.
water, chips, sandwiches, and fruit
Bring some snacks like pretzels, chips, cookies,.... ect. for food have a pasta salad ( or something like that ) in a tuperware. With some sandwiches. Anything really that you enjoy!
water, energy drinks, alcohol....
