Rice milk .....?!

Question:

Rice milk .....?

Hello guys, where can you buy rice milk and is it nice, i heard its great for making smoothies........?

Answers:
You can find rice milk at most major grocery stores. I buy mine at Super Wal-Mart. (It's cheap there).
I use Rice Dream and I love it!
Good luck!

get it from the health food store or organic store

The large branches of Tesco certainly sell it and it is great for mixing such as a smoothie.

Tesco sell it. Don't know what it's like. When you boil rice, I guess the water becomes rice milk -- it does look milky.

I buy mine at Sainsbury`s but they also sell it at Tesco`s. I like the vanilla flavour best.

If you are from the UK you can get it from Tesco's

I prefer soya milk, rice milk is too watery for me.

You can buy milk making machines into which you can put soya beans or rice to make your own milk. Apparently you can make milk out of most beans with it.

Imagine chick pea milk.. wierd.

Health food stores sell it, but you may also be able to get Rice Dream brand rice milk at your local grocery store. It isn't in the dairy or refrigerated section, though. You'll find it by organic foods (not produce)- our organic food aisle is in the same section as juice and canned fruit. Hope this helps!

Rice Dream also makes relatively tasty "rice" cream desserts.

Also at the Co-op and Morrisons.
I'm not keen to use it as a complete substitute for cow milk (in tea and coffee, for example) because it tastes a bit like rice pudding.

insttead of buying u can make it your self at home.....here is how...crush rice and put it in rice cooker...put enough water so that the water doesnt dry off after the rice cooker is set to cook mode.....after rice cookers mode chages to warm...just drain the water and use it as u want

L-Boogie is right, Walmart does have it. I get mine there and at Publix. I dont know if you have a Publix. It's a local supermarket. So try your local supermarket. They might have it.
