people say i eat too much... is it posible this could be bad for my health?

Actually thats pretty healthy! Good for you, many people don't eat the needed fruits and vegetables for their body. However, you also need to eat meats or fish at times because your body needs those proteins in the meat/fish, so add those with your veggies/fruit when you eat them.....you can make a fruit salsa and put in on top of some fish, or sautee some veggies with chunks of meat to make a stir fry type dish =)

Keep within limit, but tis also true that its harder to overdo vegetables and fruits than other things. So i'd take the side of veggies but keep a limit (2 servings in a regular pasta bowl max).

eg if you eat more calories than you need youll get fat which is bad
though if youre gonna overeat then prob better to do it on fruit than cookies

I say yes you can eat too much of fruits and vegetables. I was on the nutrisystem diet and they told me to eat as much fruits and vegetables as long as they were raw to satisfy my hunger. I put on more weight and had trouble breathing. Everything should be eaten in moderation. Portion control is everything.
yes if i eat to much of one thing or things it can put ur body off balance and get u ill it might even put u in a hospital but i eat to much of just about everything so dont really worry as long as u dont over eat the things all the time
fruit and vegetables are good for you, but anything over indulged in give you added calories you might not need, There is one thing that comes to mind, There is a difference in the breakdown of different types of fruit and vegetables, and you might want to do some research because you could wind up with an extreme case of gas. Both uncomfortable and embarrassing.

Be aware that fruit is high in sugar.

depends on what you're eating because fruit and vegies are usually recomended if you're eating those the only problem you''ll probably face is not wanting to see the two ever again afterwards :(
