Start to count calories.. meal plan?
Hey guys.. im going to be counting calories for awhile (until i naturally know what amount i should eat)... im looking to consume about 1200 a day..
Anyone have any ideas for meals etc? Maybe someone else is on a plan like this and can share... Maybe if your feeling extra ambitious... something for every meal and how much calories each has.. thanks in advance!

Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day. Only about 200-300 calories per meal and try to cut out some carbs. Drink plenty of water. You shouldnt really count vegetables into your calorie allowance because they are so low. So eat as many as you want (except starchy, etc. have a look on the net)
