What i ate today... should i have more or stop ?
i had onion rings(small), fries(small), and mozzarella sticks(4) at burger king for lunch.
i had a turkey sandwich for dinner.
then 3 popcicles that aren't big.
by the way .. im 12 years old. should i have more.. if so what?

If you are interested in health, almost everything but the turkey sandwich that you ate is either fatty or sugary.
Other than that, yes, you should probably eat more, but more foods that aren't fried or sugary. Don't get me wrong...popsicles and fries are okay from time to time, but most of what you ate is not considered healthy, so I would say try to balance it out more.
With your turkey sandwich I would suggest maybe adding some pretzels or baked lays, and something like strawberries for dessert.
For lunch, I'd say you can keep the small fries if you change the burger to a grilled chicken sandwich and have a yogurt cup instead of the onion rings and mozzarella sticks.
the popsicles aren't the end of the world. You're twelve and should have some yummy foods, but just balance it out with healthy stuff.
On top of what I said, you could probably add a snack of the light microwave Kettle corn, and be sure to eat breakfast. :-)
Of course I don't know if you are overweight or underweight. There are web sites that can help guide you as to what you should be eating.

no you shouldnt, its not very healthy. If you have anything, have some carrots and water, nice and healthy!
You need to eat healthier. Sorry. A good idea for a days menu is:
Breakfast: half a cup of museli and 2 tablespoons of yogurt for breakfast OR a slice of wholemeal bread with jam(perhaps 8 o clock)
Have a 95g tin of tuna (flavoured if you like) with a salad (2.5 to 3 hours later)
Have a chicken (50g) and salad wrap (with a little bit of mayo) (2.5 - 3 hrs later)
Then Yogurt and berries (2.5 - 3 hrs later)
Then a normal dinner
Make sure that all these meals are small with the exception of dinner. u could make it a little bigger. None of your day meals should exceed about 350 calories. Except dinner. Good luck
