Tim Horton Dougnuts?... how do they make TimBits'???!

Question:

Tim Horton Dougnuts?... how do they make TimBits'???

Okay, is it true that the get timbits by cutting out the centre of doughnuts and shaping them into balls?

Answers:
Well, it is true they did originally get the raised type from cutting out regular donuts. But they use a little dispenser with a crank on it to make the chocolate & other cake batter flavors. Now i think it depends on each stores indavidual demand for them as to weather they need a big cutter or not. Hope this helps.

I never even thought of that...but now that it comes to mind, sounds about right!

Just a tidbit of info though - their dougnuts are frozen as of now! Sucks huh?

No they have their own cutters for them. Huge rollers.
