Is Wendy's chili good for you?!
Is Wendy's chili good for you?
Answers:
its okay as long as you don't eat the fingers
yeah its pretty healthy...lots of fiber not a lot of sodium...I love it with a baked potato!!
and the ingredients are to this day still a mystery.......
I don't think anything but their fruit or yogurt is good for you. lol But DEFINITELY calorie and fat wise, it's one of the better options over a burger or sandwich. Their baked potatoes are extremely yummy too! (skip the butter tho)
I WILL BEAT IT ISN'T NO WERE CLOSE TO BEING HEALTHY. Answer is below go to web address for facts
i dont know, i like it tho
Judging by the fact that it's from Wendy's, a fast food place, it may not be the healthiest choice, because it may not have been cooked in the healthiest way possible. It's definetly a healthier choice on the menu, though!
Try making your own chili with lean ground beef, sauce of your choice, onions and kidney beans!
Also, vegetarian chili is very good aswell.
For an extra treat, crush up some tortilla chips and mix them in!
Actually, yes, it is relatively healthy for you. 220 calories, 6 grams of fat in a small cup, which is usually enough to fill me up. 17 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber... If you were to follow the South Beach Diet, the small chili is actually Phase 1 friendly! Definitely better than the burger and fries combos.
it is beans, tomato, peppers, beef, and deliciousness, what more can you ask......Sure yogurt may be good, but being too health conscious can be as bad than and not .
is this a trick question?
