I always Crave Hot savoury foods...?
Can anyone suggest some healthy things I can eat for snack that are hot and savoury, I'm trying to eat very healthy to lose weight but keep craving things like hot chips, dim sims, & pasta... If I could think of stuff really healthy to replace these foods when the cravings hit I will... thing is I just cant think of anything??

I would suggest salsa, it's not fattening. You just have to limit what you put it on. I can eat it straight out of the glass container. Maybe salsa on those crummy low fat chips. I don't know how much you like vegetables, but I always could put a little of my favorite spicy dip or salad dressing to the side and dip veggies in it. The popcorn that is low fat is okay too - I like to sprinkle a little grated Parmesan on it.
NO-FAT SPICY SNACK DIP
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon A-1 sauce
1 tablespoon dehydrated onions
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dehydrated peppers
15 drops red hot sauce
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. With electric mixer on high speed, mix until creamy. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Serve with fat free crackers or fat free chips. Makes 1 c.

fesh fruit juices will do wonders to your skin and add to your beauty rather than fried foods.
Can of Tuna (the flavoured ones) usually hits the spot for me and is only about 100 calories.
Maybe a good way of beating this is to save something like chips or dim sims for only once a month as a treat. That way you dont crave - but just know when to stop so you dont keep eating it. See how you go for a week and if you cant get over it then have something.
