Help me think of good lowfat/calorie breakfasts to eat.....?!

Question:

Help me think of good lowfat/calorie breakfasts to eat.....?

Trying to lose weight, but dont operate well without a good breakfast. What's some low fat breakfast stuff I could have.......

Answers:
Try eating a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana. (I use the smart balanace peanut butter, because it's so healthy for you and doesn't have any of the bad stuff that regular peanut butter has). It should give you a load of energy, as well as fill you up until noon. You could also try a bowl of fruit with a yogurt, or make a fruit smoothie using strawberries, bananas, and orange juice, (you could use any other fruit combinations). Hope this helps!

smoothies! you can find recipes on the web by searching "smoothie recipes"..they are filling and healthy!

I know what you mean. I cannot function without a good breakfsat.
Try oat porridge - very nutritious, and filling too. And good if you are on a diet. If you don't like it made with salt and water - then make it with milk and honey. You can add some fuit to it (fresh, frosen or dried) or a bit of jam (not very sugary, though - this is where it stops being healthy.
It fills you up and tops up your glucoze levels, so you fill like you had big breakfast, but not heavy and have lots of energy to keep you going till lunch.
I also personally like Shreddies or Malties with some fruit and juice instead of milk!

oatmeal with fresh fruit and almonds

I make a great bowl of oatmeal. Check it out.
1/2 Cup Plain Oatmeal mixed with 1 cup water.
Raisins
Tablespoon Honey
Hand full of Flax Seed (great Omega 3 supplement and you can't taste them)
Microwave
Add some low fat milk and sprinkle some granola on top.
What do you get? (Approximate)
Fat - 13g zero trans, zero saturated
Protein - 14g
Fiber - 18g!

If you get pre-mixed oatmeal that you "heat and serve" it's not even close to this as far as nutrition.
