I need help picking healthy snack please help!?!


Question:

I need help picking healthy snack please help!?

i need help choosing healthy snacks these are my main meals for the day:

breakfast - 2fat free wheat waffles 2tb lowcal/sugarfree syrup, 1cp fat free milk, 1 med banana

lunch- michelinas lean chicken alfredo florentine, side salad, 1tb light ranch

dinner- healthy chicken quesadilla, 12 corn chips, 1/2cp low sodium salsa, light sour cream, 1/2cp low sodium corn


THESE ARE THINGS THAT I HAVE TO SNACK ON:

apples, oranges, pear, quacker rice cakes. organic peanut butter, low fat cottage cheese, organic oatmeal, skinny cow ice cream sandwich, 110 cal pria bar, 1cp fat free milk

WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE 3 SNACKS?


Answers:
1)Dip your apples into the organic peanut butter
2) cottage cheese with pears
3)Orange and rice cakes

Fiber one bars are very good!! Try them!

i love frozen grapes. They are cool in the hot weather and are soo good for you. just wash them and take them off the stem and pop them in the freezer. It's like your cheating when your not. Hope this helps.

as for you list of choices i would go for peanut butter on apples w/ a glass of milk. almost like a mini meal

sorry i missed the part where we where supposed to pick your snack for you.

1 apple w/tablespoon of peanut butter

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup oatmeal w/milk

I like to snack on a banana, another good snack is carrots, you can get them cut in many different ways. I like the chip cut ones, it is like potato chips crunch only not bad for you. another good thin would be the pear if you have a need for a sweet snack.

2. carrots
3. pear

I like to snack on some carrot, celery or cucumber sticks with a dip of your choice (my favourite is taramasalata or humus), but you have to pick a low-fat dips.
You can also snack on low-fat youghurts. The ones with jam on the bottom are nice!
But in general - try to limit your snacks, or to stretch them to last longer, becuse if you eat too many - it doesn't do good for your diet anyway, just makes your stomach work non-stop.
Some fruit cerals bars are very nice too

skinny cow icecream

oranges, quaker rice cakes, and an apple
here are the reasons why:
oranges-give you the sugar and candy taste you need of the day
quaker rice cakes-good and nutritional treat
apple-this is good for you and it helps you to stay awake better than coffee does!!!!
