A good aged grade of this vinegar is expensive. I am trying to adjust how big of a bottle to purchase, as I do not use it that often.

Forever and a day. You'll use it up before it goes bad. Just keep it in the cupboard where it's dark and cool, no fridge necessary. I see you added, so I will too. If you are going for the real expensive, aged for years or more, go small. When it's that intense, only the smallest amount is needed.

It stays good for forever! I have never hear of balsalmic vinegar going bad simply because it is vinegar. It naturally does not go bad. Buy as much as you want lol
