Vegetarian and Seafood...?!

Question:

Vegetarian and Seafood...?

I have recently changed my diet to stop eating Meats...basically like a Vegetarian...I have cut out Red Meat, Chicken, Pork and basically all that is left is Seafood...Which I absolutely LOVE!!...Why is it so hard to cut back on Seafood?...It was very easy to cut back on everything else....What would you recommend?

Answers:
I consider myself a vegetarian, but I still eat all seafood. When I'm at the store, I make sure to buy wild caught instead of farm raised, so that there aren't any hormones in the product. There are different types of vegetarians, just look around to see what category you fit into, and maybe you won't have to stop eating seafood after all! Hope this helps!

seafood good

try buying seafood in season they tend to be fresher and less expensive. this will also allow you to expand on some seafoods you have not tasted yet.

Don't cut back on seafood!! It's so good for you and most of us don't eat nearly enough of it.
Although you might want to try to eat less shellfish like crab and shrimp and lobster since they're fattier than other fish.
But the benefits outweigh the risks, so keep eating seafood!
