Thawing turkey burgers?

Any tips on a quick thaw (I have about 2 hours) that does not completely involve the microwave?


Answers:
I have heard you can run cool water over meat to thaw it. I would wrap it well in plastic/plastic ziploc bag or keep it in the original plastic/styrofoam wrap and run cool water over it. Keep checking it until it is thawed enough.
