Ugh... I used to drink milk before becoming vegan, and never, ever liked it. It made me gag! I am sooo glad never to have to drink it again.

My boyfriend has always hated milk and even refused to kiss me unless I washed my mouth out. He always said how gross it was that it came from a cow. Then I really started thinking about it. Now I'm a vegan. I can't believe I drank the stuff for so long. They implant it in your brain that it's so nutritious ... but when you look up the REAL facts about milk, you're leaving the mainstream behind ... which is a good thing!
