Is green tea really good for you?!

Question:

Is green tea really good for you?

there are so many different versions of this that i am not sure what to do

Answers:
Yes, excellent for colds (excellent source of antioxidants to clean out and filter the body) and for girls w/ menstrual cramps (actually, chamomile tea works better, but green still is good)

yes Antioxidants!

Who cares whether it is good for you or not it tastes good!
But yes it is good for you supposedly has a lot of antioxidants.

Yes, absolutely. It helps with cancer, arthritis, cholesterol, heart disease, infection, and impaired immunity. Oh and it tastes alright too.

Of course the first answer is correct, but you should always read the contents on the green tea's you drink. Especially because most of the iced ones have a lot of sucrose and fructose, there's no point in drinking them.
You should try making it yourself. You can either grow them or buy them. Boil them in water and sweeten it the way you like it. This way you know how much sugar is in it.

Short answer.....absolutely!!

Green tea is the most healthy of all kinds of tea.

It's really good for you, but I just don't like the taste.
I like roobios (red) tea. That's also full of antioxidants AND it's naturally decaffeinated.

Hope this link will help.
