Depends on what you are eating. I like flour with soups, stews and chili. Corn goes well with salads & grilled items.

depends on what you're making. if you're making burritos or enchiladas, flour tortillas work better (although you *can* make enchiladas with corn). For tacos, if you're making hard shell, corn works better because it holds up to the heat of frying. And obviously, if you're making tortilla chips, use corn, for the same reason as for tacos
Flour for me. I can make those, but still haven't mastered corn tortillas, but if it's at a restaurant then I'll get corn.
