Question:

What is ceaser salad?

Answers:
It's roman lettuce - cut into long slices, tossed with croutons, parmesan cheese and either italian or herbed ranch dressing. Actually - the dressing differs from person to person. It's a light salad and very good.

just lettuce, croutons and caeser dressing all over the top. sometimes chicken is in it

Ceaser salad is salad with a dressing thats called ceaser so they call the salad Ceasar Salad

its like salad but different!?!?!!?!?!

Lettuce salad with Ceaser sauce and sheredded cheese. It is served in most American restaurants.

apparently Cesar invented it:

For the salad:
2 eggs
Leaves from 4 to 6 heads baby romaine lettuce or 2 to 3 heads regular romaine
Pinch salt, plus more, if needed
Black peppercorn mill
Drops Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon, juiced
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
minutes.

For the salad:
Put some water on for the eggs, put a matchstick into the pot (this stops the white from flowing out if the shell cracks), and then, when boiling, lower in the eggs and boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

Tear the romaine leaves into edible sizes and toss with the remaining 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil to coat well but lightly. Sprinkle over the salt and several grinds of pepper and toss again. Shake over about 6 drops of Worcestershire sauce, drizzle over the lemon juice, break in the eggs, and toss to blend. Correct the seasoning. Toss with the cheese

romaine lettuce, croutons, anchovies, creamy caeser or itallian dressing and shredded parmesan, locatelli or romano cheese. Some add sliced grilled chicken or shrimp.

it's Romain salad, with croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a great White Cesar dressing. it's like the best salad ever!!!!

There are two things that make it a Caesar Salad.

One is that it's all romaine lettuce, no other greens.

The second is the distinctive dressing (which must use anchovies and eggs). Some people add the fresh parmesan to the dressing, some to the greens.

Anything else, and you don't have real Caesar Salad.
