Corn flakes are a WHOLE lot healthier, and there easier to prepare!

Fry up for me, don`t do cereals can`t stand milk......

Shredded wheat, no added sugar or salt, very healthy !

corn flakes are more healthy and some are quite consistent (sry if i wrote wrong) ... everything that is fried is bad for you ... but it may taste better :P

I dont eat breakfast but if i did it would be cereal. Would be ill all day off a fry up, unless i was on holiday or somewhere and had a severe hangover, i would give it a try because i wouldn't have to do the dishes.

for the reason i want to keep to a size 8 i would say cornflakes but if i could eat what i wanted and have the body of Paris Hilton then it would be a fry up with extras
as it is a gr8 classic traditional breakfast with gr8 juicy flavours and smells just the thought makes my mouth water
