What's the difference between onions?
I see different kind of onions, what's the difference?
Answers:
Some, like vidalias, are sweeter. Red onions just add nice color to a salad. Yellow and White onions are a bit stronger. Shallots are a little closer to garlic. Spring onions can be strong. Depends on what you're making.

it really just depends on where they are grown, and the flavors are different
