Instead of processed quorn burger, why not just take your poached egg and put it on a bed lightly steamed spinnach with a side of green lettuce, onions, peppers, carrot, herbs, celery and mushrooms.
So "1 point" in the diet but a much healthier and satisfying meal than re-constituted soya product!
