i marinated chicken wings the other day in soy sauce and lots of chopped garlic (fresh not jar). leave it in the fridge overnight though once marinated. My husband loved it .someone above ^^^ mentioned sesame oil which is my absolute favorite but i had just ran out of it but if you have any add that too.
