strudle pronouced stroodle, is basically fruit inside a puff pastry. I flooks a bit like a sausage roll with fruit in it. Most commonly apple, which of ofte find in Germany at Christmas. They often have spices like cinammon in them, and are eaten with cream or ice cream. Yum!
