Whats the best methods to making your own sushi?!

Question:

Whats the best methods to making your own sushi?

Where to buy really fresh fish, additional easy to find ingrdients i.e.(cucumber, avacado, wasabi) to name the obvious, rice vinegar in a large amount.

Answers:
I get my fish from a local Asian market here, but you really may have to just call around for sushi-grade fish.
I find the rest of my stuff either at the Asian market, or a lot of it just in the ethnic food aisle at my grocery store....my local grocery is where I find my sushi rice, nori sheets, vinegar, wasabi, etc.
It all depends on the store, because some here don't carry any of it, and some only carry small containers of stuff.
As far as the veggies, just buy the freshest available and use them as soon as possible.
I make my own nigiri sushi, plus a lot of different rolls all the time!

First Go fishing, Holler when you get back . I'll give you step 2

1) cut up fresh fish into little chunks.
2) put the fish in the rice ball
3) eat

try a fish market if available in your town.they should have really fresh tuna and salmon. If not- try alternatives- smoked salmon and frozen shrimp. All ingredients like veggies, nori, wasabi and rice and rice vinegar you should be able to find in any supermarket in ethnic food aisle.I make my own sushi for years and never had a problem finding ingredients at supermarkets.
