Depends - at lunch today I had a chocolate cookie (the nice ones - soft in the middle) AND a chocolate muffin cos I was having a bad day!

Chocolate milkshake or hot chocolate always does the trick too! (Can you see a theme here?!)

Other than chocolate, mashed potato always hits the spot if I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself!

a crisp sandwich made with white bread, loads of butter and loads and loads of crisps. yummy

A big bar of Cadburys chocolate. That usually cheers me up.

I just finished my plate of machacado and tortillas.

It's made with dry jerked beef, pico de gallo, and eggs.

I really enjoy all comfort foods! Fried, stewed, barbequed! I love comfort foods! Yeah!

Cream-crackers and cheese, sometime's chocolate when i have it but most of the time, coffee.

Tends to be something sweet for sure. My daughter loves cheesecake and it is tempting to join in. I used to choose carrot cake thinking it was better than other cake but it isnt really. I think i would probably reach for chocolate or apple pie.

I try to stick to fruit and nuts but when i feel really low i do reach for other things lately it has been muesli bars.

Chocolate is always a sure bet but I must admit that lately whenever I'm feeling down, I go right to a buffalo burger topped with crushed pine nuts, sour cream, Redi-Whip and crushed Fritos on a sesame-seed bun.

it may soud wierd but apple juice and pringles(texas bbq flavour)

spaghetti with russo and lots of garlic bread (or breadsticks!)

Loads.

Bounty bars, foie gras, good filllet steak, big jaffa oranges, conference pears, Maceroons, roast duck, Osso Buco, wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil, occasionally just a good high quality steak burger with hand cut fries and salad............................ list is endless!

A plate of mash potato's with eggs milk butter cheese and onion in it,

Either a whole bag of Galaxy minstrels or Plain M&Ms. It normally goes with a can of Fosters lager too.

i think anything that makes you feel good, for me its mash and gravy, good gravy though, not instant gravy! Onion gravy is the best, with red onion! yum!!!
