Answers:
Sounds like a serious diet day. I doubt you'll gain weight, but it would be a good idea to get some veggies in there. They're healthy and low-calorie and can help fill you up a bit. If you go on with a diet that's too hard on you, you're more likely to relapse back into bad eating habits. If you're not getting enough food try adding to it with, as I said, veggies.

No you will not gain weight.

You will expend more calories simply existing than you consumed for the day.

That's hardly anything... you won't gain weight.

No. If you continue to eat like this, you will die from malnutrition.
There is very little nutrition in any of that.

You know adding fruit and veggies wouldn't hurt you. Your diet is very unhealthy, you are setting yourself up for an eating disorder=(

no

wow you ate like nothing, really dont be worried

i ate

16 cheetos

the whole day thats it

Good Grief! Are you trying to blow away? Try following a real diet.

if anything you will lose weight...

sure you will gain just a tiny amount of weight

That's not very much at all. I don't know your body type but I would assume that you would not gain weight eating just that.

It is a bit high on the carbs. You need more protein for quicker weight loss but you are ok calorie wise.

no way

You wont gain wait
but you didn't eat very much..
if you wanted to be healthier
you should have small portioned meals
but 6 times a day
rather than 3 or 4...
its better for your metabolism.

No you won't because those are all low fat, but that doesn't mean it's good. Where are you 5 veggies or fruits or those other stuff that you need daily? Take your mind off your weight and eat healthier! :)

No, you probably wont, but you need to eat more, it is unhealthy to eat that little.

You need more calories than that! While you might lose weight, your metabolism will suffer in the long run making you actually gain it back! Also, you have to have a little fat for the absorption of certain vitamins that are not water soluble.
It's a good start, but you need a bit more calories to boost the metabolism which will ultimately help you lose weight in the long run.

why would you ask this when you know the answer?

You did not eat too much , in fact you should eat more fiber. and more protein you also did not say if you drank any water .You don't say how old you are but you should see a nutritionist if you are under age how your mom or dad take you . They will be able to give you a plan so you are eating enough to keep your body functioning at it's optimum level without a weight gain

WOW!! Yes, you are going to get soooo fat from eating ALL OF THAT!!!!

Obviously not. You're just looking for attention, because you already knew that answer. You wasted 5 points, and I gained 2. Yessss!

If you can't accurately assess whether that is a reasonable day's intake of food, you have an eating disorder.

You won't gain weight from eating this, but you won't lose it either. By limiting your calories to this starvation amount, you will convince your body that you are starving and it will respond by refusing to burn calories.

This kind of super low calorie diet will work for about three or four days before your metabolism slows down. When you begin eating normally again, your metabolism will remain somewhat slower than it was before, causing easier weight gain than before you tried this drastic diet.

If you want to lose weight, you need to take in about 1500-1800 calories (more if you are under 20), and exercise
for about 30 minutes. By contrast, what you list above is about 800 calories, a very low calorie amount even before figuring in any calorie expenditure.
