I actually made a Chocolate Pudding Cake the other day for my fraternity house, and in 20 min. ALL of it was GONE! I barely got a bite! haha! So, that is always a GREAT thing to make! Heres the recipe:
CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
1 scant cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grind or grate the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender to a fine consistency.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of the sugar until light and lemony colored. Combine the remaining sugar and milk in a small saucepan and heat until tiny bubbles appear along the edges of the pan. Remove from heat, and pour small amount of the hot mixture into the egg, stir and pour the egg and milk mixture back into the pan. Cook over low heat until the mixture begins to thicken or reaches 185 degrees F. Remove from heat and add the hot mixture to the chocolate in the blender or food processor. Add the softened butter and vanilla (do not use cold butter), and process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into cake pan and freeze overnight. Allow to sit at room temperature 45 minutes before serving.

I have a ton of them most from a chocolate cook book
Molten chocolate cakes (lava cake)
They make the ideal company dessert
they should be served warm
Baking cocoa
6 oz semisweet baking chocolate choped (I like using semisweet chocolate chips)
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of butter or marg
3 large whole eggs
3 large egg yolks
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1/2 cup flour
1) Heat oven to 450*F Grease bottoms and sides of six 6 oz custard cups with shortening; dust with cocoa
2) In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently, cool to just warm.
3) In large bowl, beat whole eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Beat in 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Beat in melted chocolate mixture and flour. Divide batter evenly among custard cups Place cups on cookie sheet with sides.
4) Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until sides are set and centers are still soft (tops will be puffed and cracked) Let stand 3 minutes. Run small knife or metal spatula along sides of cakes to loosen. Immediately place heatproof serving plate upside down onto each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove cup.
5) if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar
or cocoa or combination of both
Do not use self rising flour
Batter can be make up to 24 hours ahead. After pouring batter into custard cups, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours. You may need to bake the cakes 1 to 2 minutes longer
Note Be sure to grease the custard cups with shortening dust the cups with cocoa and bake the cakes at the correct oven temperature for the right time. These steps are critical to the success of the recipe. If the centers are too cakelike in the texture. Bake a few minutes less the nest time; if they're too soft, bake a minute or two longer.
The inside should be like hot fudge

store in cool , dry place you don't have to keep in the fridge but the keep longer if you do
You can leave out the coconut and nuts if you do not like them
