What natural foods give the best boost of energy?!


Question:

What natural foods give the best boost of energy?

(And no coffee or sugar... I need long lasting energy, I can't do 7 cups of coffee or cuban coffee shots, I need something healthier and long lasting) Any ideas?! :)


Answers:
Any type of fruit because of the natural sugars in them. Honey is also good, try it in some oatmeal or other type of hot breakfast cereal. Speaking of cereal, a good natural granola is excellent, healthy and full of energy. Natural grain muffins, something like oat bran is great and of course the old stand by, orange juice.

apples give ya more of a boost in the mornings than coffee will try them.
