which foods contain lots of proteins


Answers:
Legumes (black beans, kidney beans, peanuts, peanut butter is a great source), soy, meats of course. Also, there is a native american grain called "quinoa" which is a complete protein. It cooks up like a mix between couscous and rice. I use it in place of rice in many dishes.
