How does milk get contaminated?

Answers:
1. Wasn't pasteurized properly. (very unlikely)
2. Small leak in the package.
3. Improper temperature. ( over 40 degrees F)
4. Holding the milk too long. The package is not 100% non permeable.)
5. Open package after first use is not closed properly or leaving the left over too long once it has been contaminated with bacteria naturally in the air.

the cream in the milk surfaces to the top and spoils
