I was in the same boat...eating lots of chocolate and sweets. I've done a lot of reading on chocolate and all the experts say to eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate (dark has very beneficial antioxidants like red wine and green tea). I decided to become a chocolate connoisseur...I only buy really good quality dark chocolate from small gourmet shops...instead of buying huge bags of sugary sweets from the big stores. The nice chocolate is more expensive, but I eat less of it and I savor every moment of every bite because I went out of my way to get it! Another way to curb your sweet cravings is to stock up fresh and dried fruit and HIGH FIBER & HIGH PROTEIN bars such as Luna, Cliff, etc. They are good substitutions to eating candy bars. Be patient...new routines take getting used to. Don't have a Luna bar expecting it to taste like a Snickers. You have to like healthy things for what they are and remember to make better choices more often. One last thing - make sure that you are drinking LOTS of water...we are often thirsty when we are craving things.

Good exercises for smaller thighs?? WALK...at least 30 minutes 5 times a week.

ok, so excersizing every day, like maybe a daily 30 min walk could help with your legs.
with sweets, try eating smaller portions of them to start off.
then, you wont want them as much
or think of something else when you want them, so that you dont reach over and grab them.
cravings usually last 8-15 mins.
after those mins pass, you'll feel so much better knowing you didnt eat them.
if you dont want to cut them out completely, try those 100 calorie packs.
theyre GREAT!
100 calories, with food like wheat thins, COOKIES, and stuff like that,
give em a try.
:)
for lunch, bring them to school to eat, and maybe pack a nice healthy sandwhich to go with that.
YUMMY!

Well, i think you should transfer your addiction to chocolate to another addiction..maybe carrots or raisins or something that is healthy but you can eat it all the time. You can also try drinking water and chewing gum because it will feed your tastebuds and satisfy them.

For exercises on smaller thighs I say do squats and then lay on your side and lift your legs up and down then turn the other way and do the other side. Then do leg lifts. There are so many exercises but most of them are better seen. I don't know can you order or download things from where you are at? If so,, then download limewire and then download pilates or 8 minute abs or go online and buy the dvds so that you can work out to them. They really work....I have lost 5-10 lbs in the last week exercising, drinking water, and being on the tuna diet. Eating as much tuna well actually 6 small meals of tuna a day with little or no mayo and up to 2 slices of WHEAT bread. Drink all the water you can stand. Good luck.

Good start for you. Have 2/3 fruits and vegetable in your meals everyday. Drink a lot of water say 1.5-2litres a day.
Self-discipline counts too, Determination, Vision & Confident.
All the best to you. You will do well.

Exercise: 30 minutes slow walk everyday.
Want a smaller thighs is very easy just don't exert, don't go fast. Just go on slow speed on bicycle will give you smaller thighs. Believe me.

Its hard to go cold turkey. If you are going to eat junk food or sweets. Try to portion them. Poor yourself a small bowl of chips instead of grabbing the entire bag. And eat what you have slowly. Don't take hand fulls at a time.

Fresh and dried fruits are tastey and sweet, try eating them instead of sweets sometimes. That might be a good first step in lessening you junk food intake. Also, a trick I used to use was drinking 100% (non sugared) juice when i wanted chocolate -- the juice was good, and did NOT go with chocolate. So after I drank it, the chocolate would taste gross.
