What is a good type of candy to give...?!

Question:

What is a good type of candy to give...?

What is a good type of candy to give to kids as a reward. I have a group of kids working very hard at meeting their AR goals for this month, and I want to give a reward for those that have either met it or are halfway there.

I have weird tastes in candy, so I am not the best judge there. I would like something individually wrapped. (so no M&Ms)

I NEVER give out candy so I just want it to be as a treat, and school is ending soon, so I thought what the heck...

I'd rather it be something that didn't melt.

Just go to your local drug store/grocer and buy a bag of assorted candy and the kids can pick out what they would like. It's better than buying one brand and having some like it and some dislike it. Variety is the spice of life and getting a mixed variety bag of candy would help out. Also the candy is usually wrapped individually.

I would also take into consideration that some kids might have parents that regulate what they eat and bring in some healthy fruit/snacks just in case to cover all your bases.

gummy bears

Lemon drops

100% pure Colombian.

Laffy Taffy

hmmm twizzlers, lollipops, airheads, laffy taffy...i'm not sure

gummy bears or gummy worms anything gummuy or skittles

tootsie roll pops. they will satisfy any kid and they are inexpensive too.

Tootsie Rolls!!!! Never met a kid that didn't like them. Also most kids like the little boxes of raisins which is also good for them. Just a thought! Good Luck!! God Bless! Tootsie Pops are good too!

Kids love Baby Bottle Pops! They look like a baby bottle, but the "nipple" is candy, and they can dip that into the "bottle" filled w/ sweet-tart-type powder or sprinkles. I've seen them in most large candy aisles, and on an impulse rack in the food aisles at Walmart. They are about a buck or so each.

Starbucks gift cards.

I can't eat many candies, but do enjoy something sweet that I can have on hand. I usually get the darkest chocolate available from a health food store, you can also get yogart covered nuts and pretzels that are really good. Other good candy is real sugars citrus fruit slices. But the best is violet pettles and ginger that are dusted with a light pure sugar.
this is my opinions of what would be a good candy. The ginger is what I ususally give in packages... and everyone loves it.

Gummy bears!
