Can anybody tell me some foods that are really high in fibre??

I am thinking about going on a high fibre diet and i wanted to know what kinds of foods are high in fibre.. I've heard that porridge in good but is there any foods that could be eaten at lunch or dinnertme that are also a good source of fibre

You have many choices for high-fibre food:

All fresh and dried fruits (particularly if the skin is eaten)
All vegetables (for potatoes, leave the skin on)
Beans and legumes (e.g., lentils)
Brown rice and other non-white grains (e.g., bulgur, kasha)
Brown cereals and breads

Avoid all things white as a guideline.
