you have forgotten some basic stuff, you are completely loved and completely lovable, have you learned to savor? anyone who can savor can not over eat? you need to listen to your thoughts, write them down, how is the left of your life coming? lover, family, finances,all external, only one person in world gonna make you happy princess, that person is you,. your starved for love, and your hungry, when you add a handful of wheat bran to a think shake an hour before each meal, it kills your appetite girl, kills it dead. 3 x a day, there will be some flatulence however, fiber fiber fiber, live to be hundred, cleans you out like a brillo pad and only 49 cents a pound, the only food. that when you eat it it fills you, and provides needed roughage, which i know your not getting enough of, give your self permission to master your senses

You're probably still growing. Or maybe you eat a lot of junk food? I swear there's something in junk food that makes us feel hungry and crave it more even if we've just had it. Everybody's metabolism is different, just be careful what you are consuming to satisfy it.

are you depressed? or do you have a eatting disorder. or you could b self concience

Are you starving yourself during the day or at other times? Are you under a lot of stress? Are you depressed? There are a lot of reasons why.

I eat cos I want to.
Nothing to do with hunger or being sensible.

It is pleasant, it is nurturing, and tastes good.

How would I know? It's you who should understand your body system properly.

Are you taking any sort of vitamin? Most over the counter vitamins include B-12. This ingredient WILL make you hungry!

because you're eating one of your favorite snacks--chips and salsa :)
