Would this be a healthy breakfast for someone trying to lose weight?!

Question:

Would this be a healthy breakfast for someone trying to lose weight?

non fat yogurt, an apple, & water.

Answers:
nope, just the oppisite. That would be a healthy LUNCH for someone trying to lose weight. you want to load up on breakfast to get your day started. stick with the water, or coffee/tea with no cream or sugar. you need carbs in the morning, in small portions. 2 poached or hard boiled eggs, bowl of special K or bran/grain cereal (I like grape nuts) and use whole milk, skim milk has only 1% less fat and tastes like water. add a peice of fruit and your full. watch the non fat yogurt, most items marked non fat are loaded with sugar, which has no fat. if you want to loose weight eat 5 small meals a day and work off what you eat.

waffles

Pretty good choices however you have to watch out for the obvious sugars (on the yogurt package) and the hidden sugars (in fruits).

the yogurt will put on weight..

Yeah, that`s a very healthy breakfast. The yogurt may not be as good but as long as you got the fruits and water, you`ll lose weight in no time :]

You should probably add some protein to that. Like some egg whites with vegetables in it. I always do best when I have a small breakfast, small snack, small lunch, snack, small dinner. If you are always eating and keeping your blood sugar up (not SUGAR sugar, and not "always eating" crap) you will not be hungry and the weight will come off easily.

Always check the label on your yogurt. It may contain a lot of sugar!
You also need some fat, so a low fat yogurt would be better. Exchange the apple with half a banana and add a slice of wholegrain bread. Have the apple for a snack between breakfast and lunch. The important thing is: You need 5-6 small meals a day, well balanced( fat, carbs, protein) so your body will burn it better. Add some exercise. Good luck!

I suggest

wheat bread (whole grain) as they are full of fiber
which help in indigestion
water is good :D
apple can make you lose weight since it only takes 40 calories but to digest it more calories is needed.
egg white - (egg yolk is only fats)

oats. avocado

I think you need to eat more, add some carbs and protein.
What about a poached egg on soy-lin toast with low fat cottage cheese and a banana? One of my fave brekkies!
Or quick oats made with skim milk and flavoured with a bit of cinnamon and honey.
These will keep you full and its all healthy
